The developer of CoCoJo's RV Resort in Lagro is proposing a high-density commercial RV park called Sunbirds RV Resort & Village on 146 acres at 11850 W Yoder Road in rural Allen County — next to homes, farms, and private wells. 4,000 sq ft each — packed onto agricultural land zoned Rural Agricultural, where the county's own plan says "significant growth is not anticipated."

5 Years of IDEM Violations

Public IDEM enforcement records involving the developer's existing RV park, CoCoJo's in Wabash County, document illegal creek discharge, open dumping, a sewer ban, and continuing compliance problems (2020–2026).
